Quick Setup Tips for the Swing Path Trainer

Hey Everyone, welcome back to the channel. Today we're going to be building off of our frequently asked question series. We're going to be talking about how and where we should be setting up with our swing path trainer. So we want to make sure that couple things number one, that the ball itself in relation to the plate is where we want to hit it. So if we’re working up the middle, if we’re working away, if we're working inside, that the ball, the tee topper holder, the plate and our feet are all aligned.

Positioning the Swing Path Trainer

So if we’re working way, we can move the tee away if we're working inside, move the tee inside. So those are ways that number one, you want to get started. The second thing is, if you want to, again, use the slider to slide it away or slide it in, you can just make sure that the ball itself, the plate, and your feet are all aligned. So those are a few different ways that you can use it if you want to, one thing that we like to do or I like to do is when I'm working away, tilt it because again, I'm getting myself in the slot early and I have more barrel coverage over the plate.

How to Hit Inside Pitches

Same thing with inside, and making sure that the ball, the board, and my hands and feet are all aligned. So those are a couple of little things. Again, these are just some of the questions that we get. I hope this answered some of those questions and helps you in some way. If you guys have any other questions about how to set up how to use it, different things like that.
