Focused Baseball Reps

Learn how to perform focused baseball reps to improve your swing as we break down exactly how to build great form with the swing path trainer.

We call this drill the “two for one”. We perform this drill to make sure that the we have proper form in the load and stride as we start to bring the bat into the hitting zone. This will help to make sure our positioning is correct to give us the best chance to make contact.

What you will do here is load, stride, and feel the direction of the knob going toward the ball. Once you have done this, you will repeat and then perform a full swing.

Doing this will help you feel the proper position and help you stay connected. Performing this “two for one” style will help build up those reps without feeling fatigued so you can keep working and without your form failing. The more reps you do, the better chance it will have of translating to the game.

Try it out with the Tempo Trainer too if you want to feel the proper rhythm and tempo.
